Biostate AI’s Published Data

Biostate AI’s mission is to develop generative AI that can benefit all of human health. Consequently, we will periodically and continually publish a significant portion of the omics data that we collect. The data will include RNA expression, methylome, and proteome from various animal species.
We encourage researchers (both amateur and professional) to use our data to publish new findings and develop new tools. We welcome inquiries regarding potential collaborations!
OmicsWeb is Biostate’s own online repository of data, aimed to be user-friendly and allowing selection via metadata tags such as by organism, drug, organ, and date. OmicsWeb is still under construction, please be patient.
Some of our raw FASTQ data has been uploaded to the NCBI GEO and SRA databases. Eventually, all data will be hosted at OmicsWeb, but researchers are welcome to download our current datasets from GEO.
Prototypes of our AI tools will be made available at Biostate’s Github. Due to commercial practicality and fundraising constraints, the AI tools on Biostate’s Github may not always be current.
