Insights
When you choose RNAstate services, you are choosing to partner with Biostate AI as your research partner. We don’t dump a 15 Gb Fastq file and call it a day. We provide you with analytics, insights, and visualization, to facilitate your publications or lead optimization decisions. And we offer these services for prices 5x lower than competing contract research organizations.
In exchange, we ask that you allow us to use your de-identified data to train our AI.
Core Services
RNAstate - RNA Expression Analysis
Our deepest discount tier, best suited for academic researcher customers.
Biostate Al owns the data generated, and the customer has a 12 month exclusive access to the data, during which time they can publish or patent findings based on the data (which they will fully own)
Our balanced service option, best suited for small-to-mid size companies. The customer owns the data generated, and Biostate receives a perpetual worldwide nontransferable license to the data. Biostate will use the data for training its Al, but will not share the data with any third parties, except as legally required.
Traditional contract research service. The customer owns the data generated, and Biostate will not receive any rights to the data. As a matter of policy, Biostate Al will not provide discounts on top of the volume discounts listed to any.

Rodent Animal Experiment
Our services start from sample collection, conducting rat and mouse studies at our facility in Houston, TX. We comply with non-GLP standards and can accommodate requests for observational data and biomarker measurements. Please note that customers must supply non-catalog and controlled drug molecules for use in these studies.
Additional NGS Reads
RNAstate offers a default of 10M SE 1x150 reads, with the option to add additional reads as needed. We are equipped to handle requests for Paired End NGS and use of non-Illumina NGS platforms. Custom requests for secondary enrichment of specific genes of interest can also be accommodated. Additional reads are priced at $45 per sample for each additional set of 10M reads.
Advanced Data Analysis
Beyond basic insights included in RNAstate, we provide bespoke bioinformatics support and artistic/design assistance for creating publication-ready figures. Inquiries for early access to biostate.AI's Generative AI tools for data analysis are welcome.
